近日，特朗普政府签署《全面关税计划》，对全球185个贸易伙伴实施“对等关税”，跨国企业面临艰难抉择。墨西哥凭借《美墨加协定》零关税红利、区域供应链整合优势及政策稳定性受关注，成为中企“迂回入美”跳板。南美国家降低贸易壁垒，推出税收减免和绿色投资激励政策，吸引中企布局新能源与基建领域，形成“北美制造+南美辐射”双轨布局。
中企在美洲的投资和布局同样面临机遇和风险：在美投资人工成本高昂；美国可能收紧USMCA原产地审查以限制在墨西哥的“借道”行为；南美多国选举周期政策波动较大，巴西复杂的财税合规政策抬高进入门槛……因此，在深圳市服务贸易协会和深i企平台的支持下，际连集团和一带一路环境技术交流与转移中心联合举办本次“关税风暴下的美洲机遇和风险”企业全球化研讨会，助力企业优化供应链布局，构建互利共赢的全球产业生态。
