2025上海气候周x 食物计划｜Eating With Strangers
4月26日，我们将在E.SCAPE艺术空间的花园里，举行一场关于春日、沙拉和相遇的聚会。这是一场灵感来自“流水席”概念的开放式午餐，不同口味的沙拉将以“流水席”的形式分轮呈上。本场活动同步呼应「上海气候周 2025」，关注可持续饮食、气候友好型生活方式。通过一顿轻盈却有力量的午餐，一起探讨人与自然的关系。

👩🍳 主厨：一山馆（肖懿 & 黄佩姗）
一山馆由湖南人肖懿和云南人黄佩姗共同构建，是一个没有实体容器的风味载体，是一个关注食物的创作现场，是一本由两张挑剔的嘴共同书写的新食谱。
🥗 活动：
沙拉流水席灵感分享：主厨将围绕“可持续饮食”与“风味叙事”进行简短介绍
共创环节：参与者可自由参与沙拉制作与风味搭配
午餐享用：现场将依次呈现 10 道创意沙拉（含每人一杯白葡萄酒）
交流互动：围坐品尝之余，结识彼此、交流生活与创作
